Your Sauna Experience Includes:

• Access to our wood-fired NorthUp sauna: Immerse yourself in the warmth of our traditional wood-fired sauna, where you can enjoy the gentle heat and cleansing aroma of cedar wood.

• Serene lakeside setting: Unwind and let the tranquility of Lake Harriet wash over you as you relax in our sauna. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding natural beauty.

• Optional plunge into the lake: Take the ultimate cold plunge between sauna rounds by jumping into the refreshing waters of Lake Harriet. This invigorating contrast will leave you feeling energized and revitalized.

Pricing: $35 per person per 75 minute slot. 1 ticket equals one 75-minute slot for one individual in a group setting/community sauna.

For example, 2 tickets ($70) provide access for two people during a 75 minute slot (i.e. noon to 1:15pm).

• Bring your own snacks and drinks: Enjoy a light snack or refreshing beverage before or after your sauna session. No alcohol allowed.
• Plan extta time for parking: we are located in the parking space next to the North Shore Beach (location on Google Maps) on Lake Harriet.
• Bring one or two towels and footwear
• No cancellations/refunds
• Waiver must be signed

• Friday 12/1: noon to 4:15pm
• Saturday 12/2: 9am to 4:15pm
• Sunday 12/3: 9am to 4:15pm
